Night of Lights
Saturday, December 19th, 6:30pm-7:30pm
In many homes across the world, the Holidays are marked by candlelight. Menorahs, Kinaras, Advent Wreaths, and the classic holiday decoration of candles in windows spill the warmth and light of home into the darkness of our world. As night falls earlier, and we enter a Holiday period in which we may be separated from friends and family, SJCT invites all of San Juan Island to keep the light aglow with us this Season.
Here's how you can participate!
1. Stop by SJCT’s lobby December 19, from 11am-1pm or 4-6pm to receive your candle and participation instructions from a masked, friendly, and socially distanced neighbor. If you have neighbors who you think would like one, feel free to take some to deliver! SJCT’s Executive Artistic Director, Nathan Kessler-Jeffrey and his dog River will be passing out candles between 11am-1pm December 19. Come see River’s big red Holiday bow, and let’s light up homes all over the Island this year!
3. At 7:00pm, tune in for a special presentation from San Juan Community Theatre, right HERE!
4. If you are able, help SJCT keep the performing arts on San Juan Island alive for the 2020-21 Season by clicking the button below or calling 360-378-3211, where our friendly staff members will be on the phone and available to take your donation.
